Craigmore Cottages are located in an enviable central position in Mull, one mile from each of all the main routes making an ideal place from which to explore Mull’s north, south, east, and west. In the middle of the three mile wide neck of land that joins northern Mull to southern Mull and the Ross, Craigmore Cottages enjoy a private position on the B8035 yet the village of Salen is only one mile away.  Both cottages sleep two (couples only therefore)

The Old Stables lies within a wooded setting just a minute’s walk from the beach at Glenforsa. This environment offers the chance to catch a glimpse of a Sea Eagle, or maybe an otter, plus numerous other sea birds.  Just a short walk in the other direction puts you into the glen itself where you can lose yourself among the hills and where sheep, Red deer and Highland cows can often be seen. Just five minutes along the road is the village of Salen. A real home-from-home environment, where everyone including children, walkers, climbers, cyclists and dogs are welcome. Open year round.

This delightful self-contained accommodation is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Salen village in a peaceful and scenic location. Yet only a short level stroll to the village shops, restaurant, and pub. With panoramic views of the sea, countryside, and mountains, the cottage's central island location is an ideal base for visiting all of Mull's attractions. The self-catering cottage is totally self-contained with its own entrance, parking and garden areas for up to 4 guests, and their well-behaved dogs.
