From our land there are great walks, panoramic views of the glen, Loch Frisa and the river Aros, with the Morvern hills in the distance and the most fantastic sunsets. Ideal location for visiting the White Tailed Eagle 'hide' and other wildlife.  Situated very close to the forest cycle trails. Craigmore Cottages are located in an enviable central position in Mull, one mile from each of all the main routes making an ideal place from which to explore Mull’s north, south, east, and west. In the middle of the three mile wide neck of land that joins northern Mull to southern Mull and the Ross, Craigmore Cottages enjoy a private position on the B8035 yet the village of Salen is only one mile away.  Both cottages sleep two (couples only therefore)

The Old Stables lies within a wooded setting just a minute’s walk from the beach at Glenforsa. This environment offers the chance to catch a glimpse of a Sea Eagle, or maybe an otter, plus numerous other sea birds.  Just a short walk in the other direction puts you into the glen itself where you can lose yourself among the hills and where sheep, Red deer and Highland cows can often be seen. Just five minutes along the road is the village of Salen. A real home-from-home environment, where everyone including children, walkers, climbers, cyclists and dogs are welcome. Open year round.
